Strong doctor availability and low copays. However, both Highmark BCBS (health) and Sun Life (dental) are disorganized and slow with generally unsatisfactory customer service.

A fully paid for PPO for either you or an entire family is about as good as it gets. Depending on the size of your family, this could make the total compensation for a company which pays fairly low (despite being part of a $9B/year company) decent.

Worked there for two years, didn't get any health insurance.
