StarStarStarStarStar Current Systems Engineer in Melbourne, Florida

Declined Health care, but seemed to be several options

StarStarStarStarStar Current Software Engineer in Arlington, Virginia

I hate to give anything a one, but it's pretty bad. I wasn't happy with the medical options that Mantech provides.

Could be better for the size of company they are. They could offer a better policy for less money

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Virginia Beach, Virginia

I don't need it because I'm retired military but I did look at it and it was a pretty decent price AND the better part of it was that I could add my college-aged dependent.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Reston, Virginia

The insurance is good but could be cheaper.

  • Jun 05, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Cyber Security Analyst in Washington, District of Columbia

Very high deduction for medical. No enough benefit value for dental. Already used up my yearly benefits.

  • Jan 31, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Functional Analyst-Staff in Lexington Park, Maryland

I purchased the HSA and the company contributed money to my HSA on a quarterly basis to help offset the deductible. HSA is great if you don't need a lot of visits to the Dr. The plan also didn't require a co-pay at the time of service.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Senior CNO Developer in Herndon, Virginia

Different groups have different benefits. My group has 100% paid insurance that covers everything at 100%. So.. no costs, but you have paperwork to submit.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Silver Spring, Maryland

It's decent enough. I don't recall any problems getting care and the deductible was reasonable.

  • May 31, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Senior Information Security Specialist in Schriever AFB, Colorado

There health insurance seemed okay. A little high on cost. Dental was about to change to a different plan when I left so I can't comment on that.
