Good paid time off and flexibilty.

Paid holidays is nice, but having to use PTO for sick days isn't all that great, especially when they offer so few PTO days.

    Not much PTO is given.

Only 14 days PTO (no sick), which is very slow to accrue. Employees with a TS/SCI do NOT get 20 days, as stated in other reviews.

Nothing special here. It starts low and grows with more years at the company. I think it maxes out at 4 or 5 weeks of PTO.

As with everything Mantech offers employees, it's non-exceptional - neither exceptionally bad nor exceptionally good.

All fed holidays were also our holidays. Sick and vacation days (as per your contract) are bundled into general PTO days.

There vacation plan was 'okay' but it takes a while to build vacation time

Very competitive and flexible hours when required. Put in long hours but able to work flexible hours.

The company recently did away with separate sick and vacation time off. This was a sorry excuse to reduce the amount of time off given to the employees, which was already very little. They claimed they are following "the industry standard". When the company is only ever willing to do what everyone else is, they will never stand out.
