the health insurance they offer its too expensive its better off getting one from other private insurance company. 401k its fair enough company gives you up to 3% from them. the company does not have any benefits.
The health insurance offered is very poor. Most people who can elect to be on spouses’ plans. Personal Time Off is limited and is expected to be used for vacation, sick, bereavement, etc. Maternity leave is bare minimum allowed by law. Until 2019, the greatest benefit for longtime employees (15-25 years) was job security. Many people don’t have beyond HS degrees, but thanks to Mana they’ve steadily employed for decades. It had a single owner and truly was a family company. Higher base salaries for exempt employees means performance bonuses are way below industry average.
I liked the Mana Perks the best.
the benifits were expensive and not great
No one tells you anything when you start. Plus the employee handbook is incorrect and needs updating. The insurance starts in I think 2 months. 401K match is 5% and starts after 3 months.
They offer to pay for co payments and assist with medical expenses
The matchign 401k plan and discounted gym membership were pros. I know that the health insurance was pretty bad and everyone disiked it.
Health insurance is from Fidel's. Huge rip off. More expensive then Obama care. 401k package matches only up to 3%. The longer you are with the company that's when you will accumulate vacation time that matters
