Have made changes to the benefits package multiple time in last couple years including reductions in leave accruals, wouldn't be surprised if more cost-saving reductions happen. Decreased 401k contribution from 10% to 6% (so currently employees effectively had a 4% reduction in total compensation), first year after hire it's 3%. They did finally add a family/parental leave policy (10 days), and 15 sick days/year.
