The benefits are paid for which is nice, but you don't get to select your options on most things which is a disappointment.
The worst part is that you have to pay $4,000 a year out of pocket before you get any monetary coverage
401k, medical benefits that sucks. Two weeks vacation/sick days per year. So, you need to choose how you want to take your two weeks: for sick days or vacation otherwise you will not have more days during the rest of the year. The retirement and 401k are horrible as well their 'benefits'. They were made to benefit the company, not the employee. The legal assistance, Work Compensation, etc are to help the company. Even every single department SOP are to protect MTC, not the employee.
The health insurance is too high and the coverage could be better for out of pocket expenses
the vacation and holiday pay
There was an okay health benefits package. Had to pay extra for dental and vision if I remember correctly.
Company offers a generous time off package to start, a choice of three different health plans with HSAs, education assistance and a 401k with a company match. Downside is that it takes a year for the company to match 401k but you are fully vested at that point.
Best: Great Boss. Understands people. Has some flexibility. Cons: Doesn't pay as much for nurses
MTC provided medical, dental, life insurance, and 401k. pro: the benefits are great. The employee cost of the benefits are a bit costly, but that is to be expected with any business.
They have a very good Health insurance and low monthly premiums, free tuition and 401k
