Currently we have a 401k match.
Very generous benefits package. Currently waiting to hear about new PTO program.
Fidelity 401k plan was decent. UHC health care plan was not as much, but both are in the process of being changed/upgraded
From bad to worse. Promised an upgrade in insurance plans as part of the merger, instead got a lot more expensive. Nothing like a substantial pay cut to boost morale in the new company! Hoping to switch to my husband's insurance.
The company is in the midst of a merger. It is too soon to tell what the long term benefits will be.
Best - Being able to work from home, and the 401k had matching on it. Worst - Change in vacation policy from basically unlimited if you completed your work to 3-5 weeks with no sick time depending on how long you've been with the company.
Benefits were good and salary was fair.
The beer taps were the best perks!
Flexibility to work from home (as long as you get your work done and you aren't missing client meetings). 20 PTO days with paid holidays. Free snacks and beer.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
