  • January 1st in the year you will celebrate your 6th year of service - 120 Vacation Hours Accrued
  • January 1st in the year that you will celebrate your 11th year of service - 160 Vacation Hours Accrued

    10 paid vacation days, after 5 years you get 15 I think. Use them or lose them, they don't roll into the following year. Vacation time is accrued over time and you can use it before you've earned it. So if you take all 10 and leave before the year is complete, you will owe money that they take out of your final check. Same goes if you accrue some and don't use it before you leave, they will pay you out for it. Five sick days. Paid holidays, but just the major ones.
