Working for an Insurance and Wealth Management company has its perks when it comes to the benefits package... but I've heard coverage is better at some competitors.
Insurance package with a lot of options. Amount for "wellness" can cover a good chunk of a gym membership or public transportation fees, useful for city dwellers.
I cannot comment on the benefit package at the company, as the benefit package was not part of the agreement.
As a contract employee I did not receive any benefits. At a company where a large part of their business stemmed from providing group benefits to other companies I found this shameful.
