Very inconsistent from manager to manager. Every other year you get a newbie trying to reinvent the wheel, and makes it stressful fit everyone.
The higher up someone is the bigger the bonus. Based on individual, divisional and overall company performance. Option to invest it in group RRSP in Canada
This benefit is good too.
they keep on changing the formula that decided how much you would get so it is hard to understand how they came up with the number. Also sometimes you didn't find out that they didn't like your performance until the nd of the year when it was time to give you your money.
