In the U.S., retirement savings plans include a 401(k) plan and a cash balance pension plan. Our 401(k) plan allows eligible employees to contribute beginning with their first paycheck. This is especially attractive to professionals who join the Company in mid- or late-career. Marathon Oil matches 401(k) plan contributions up to 7 percent of eligible earnings. In addition, participants accrue cash balance benefits of 7 to 11 percent of eligible earnings annually through the pension plan.

Very good benefits, starting out you get 3 weeks vacation. 7% match on 401K and a pension vested after 3 years. They also offer a 9/80 schedule.
