Co-Ops don't get as many benefits, but if you can sign into the 401 K plans, but if you don't stay with the company their investment will be withdrawn.

Excellent benefits package. The Pension goes all the way up to 11% (% calcuated using years of service, employee age, etc). Employee 401k match of 7% when employee contributes 6%.
