Good Pay, great bonuses, health coverage is affordable, 401k match, still has a pension! Only 2 weeks vacation until 5 years, 3 weeks would be perfect.
Full benefits, dental insurance, health insurance, 401k match, gym membership expensed, retirement plans, sick days, and vacation days. Great benefits
The pay is very good with a great bonus. Now looked at inside of their industry it is lower but still nothing to laugh at.
Best: 401k, Pension for hourly workers receive a pension. Their is Immediate vesting. Starting pay is $37.00 per hour.
They have a great 7% matching program, which not everyone takes advantage of, foolishly. I heard the other perks are great, comparatively, too.
I was only a co-op so I didn't get the same benefits as a full time employee
Still have a pension
Insurance is not provided for any employees, You get one week paid vacation to use BUT you're told when you can use it. They also DO NOT provide breaks or lunches even working 8+ hours a day. They also do not allow breast feeding mothers breaks to pump.
Best thing: Amazing Benefits Package (7% pension + Up to 7% Matching for 401(k) program) Worst thing: Health/Dental/Vision is very good, but still has some co-pays. Altogether, there isn't a lot of negatives.
Good 401K match and health benefits
