work/life balance is better than its competitors however the medical could be improved
Expensive health insurance, very low 401k match vesting over 5 years. PTO is good.
I was an intern so I don't know much about the benefits offered. But judging from what the associates say about their experiences about their retirement plan, it has been positive.
We’re offered a decent variety of plans however our provider, Cigna Health is not popular amongst my colleagues. I’m not a mother but I have heard the maternity leave is abysmal and they just cut our commuting reimbursement.
Ample vacation time but their choice of provider plans isn’t the best. No one is geniunely happy with their benefits package. They also just cut our commuter reimbursement program out of the blue.
Good PTO, only 6 holidays are off. Med premium is increasing every year. Small profit sharing. Holiday parties is only dinner.
Great comprehensive benefits program offered
Medical benefits were great at Marcum. The company I worked for was taken over by the, and they gave everyone a salary increase to pay for the benefits.
They are generous with their benefits package and take care of their full time staff.
Benefits are higher cost than most other employers. Prices rise every year. Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, with optional legal and pet insurance
