Depending on the cashier that trains you, you'll be good or bad

I received no formal on hands training I did not receive orientation no one talked to me about the 401K pension or Healthcare options when we get new employees they get orientation and includes all that I'm not sure why I didn't get it butts as far as getting a new employee and then giving them Hands-On training you will get it but it will not be at your pace you'll just be thrown in with the mix and you got a fake it til you make it

get paid decent for training. no one gets less training no matter what. Three month training for everyone. They try to make it close to home.

They weren't consistent with the training. I felt I wasn't fully trained and had to learn a lot on my own.

Consistent hours and very flexible. Pay is low for work performed and training is non existent.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Food Demonstrator in Frankfort, Illinois

When I started there was no real training for my department.

Job training it's more like you dive in and pick up everything as you go. You might be surrounded by a bunch of people who just started and a new manager so your kind of left to use common sense.
