“Several plans to choose from. Using the in-house plan, which means going to MIHS providers can make co-payments very low or zero.”

The best thing is the pension, which can catch you up of you need it. The health benefits are very affordable. They don't match your 401(k) --or their equivalent, but they match the deferred compensation which is about 10% of your income, that you must contribute to, but not taxed. That is actually quite a bit. If you stay more than a few years, the PTO and holidays are a nice plus.
