Best thing is they cover everything, medical, dental, and eyes. They have clinics all over the valley to make it more convenient for help when you are sick. And the 401k is based on AZ state.
The best thing is the pension, which can catch you up of you need it. The health benefits are very affordable. They don't match your 401(k) --or their equivalent, but they match the deferred compensation which is about 10% of your income, that you must contribute to, but not taxed. That is actually quite a bit. If you stay more than a few years, the PTO and holidays are a nice plus.
