Cheap family insurance. Cheap dental and vision. Retirement plan with company match. Very good benefits
The health insurance is HORRIFIC! It doesn't cover my medication, or medical supplies that I NEED to stay alive. Total joke! And since my hourly wage is so low I can't afford to pay for them out of pocket. As a single mom I have had to decide between buying groceries, and buying my medicine that I need to stay alive. The foundation is great, but how about you help your employees?! Better insurance, and better pay would keep so many of your employees around longer!
The health insurance is the worst thing. It is very inexpensive but horrible coverage unless you require a major medical procedure.
The company works hard to keep health care costs low. For this year we saw a decrease in premiums.
Low premiums for excellent coverage.
Fantastic health insurance! Premiums went down almost every year. HSA account for medical expenses. Good 401k with employer matching .50 for every dollar up to 5%. Good PTO and additional time off for life events.
The 401K contributions amount was more than you would see at another employer. The health insurance premiums are very low and did decrease in the time I was there, which is rare. Though they are a very high deductible insurance plans.
Pros - additional time off for new home purchase, marriage, or birth of a child Cons - high deductible plan. High out of pocket expenses.
401k is decent time off is ok
Very standard (high priced) health, dental and vision. Company only matches 1/2 of what you put into the 401K which is less than most companies are offering at this point. You only get around 15 days of time off each year and this includes your sick time (you don't get extra time for this). This is WAY less than industry standard. No pension plan.
