Health benefits, dental, vision, 401k, bonus, pet and legal insurance, short term disability, employee discounts on service and retail, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits.
Benefits are offered one year after being with the company. Health, dental, vision. Everything is paid out of pocket company does not contribute. Pretty pricey but better than nothing.
No benefits for part time employees, only 401k They don't contribute to insurance premiums so the coverage you get is cheap but doesn't cover anything 401k contributions are only 25% of the first 3% you contribute Life insurance plan that is offered is only valid while you are an employee, you cannot take the coverage with you
The benefits package is terrible for guest service reps.
Most salons don't even offer a benefits package, so it's nice for MT to offer SOMETHING: health/dental/short term disability/ 401k w/ company matching .25 per dollar up to 4%. My health insurance w/ MT is about $100 less per month than what I was paying through the marketplace.
Best-partial 401k match. great employee discounts, continued education Worst-unpaid maternity leave, Cigna plans that are in network at very few places
there is medical when you are there after a year and there is dental and vision when you are there 6 months. you can have paid days off if you are full time but not if part time
They have a competitive benefits program which most salons and day spas do not. They have medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, bonus opportunities, an amazing employee discount and lots of training.
They offer a deceit health and dental package
Not many Great benefits or perks.
