    Very expensive and only 1 option (high deductible plan). $635/month for family coverage with $4k deductible and $8k out of pocket, with 80%/20% co-insurance. If you pass annual health/blood screening, you get $50/month wellness credit (additional $50 for spouse, but not dependents). They put $500/quarter in your HSA for family.

    Very costly. coverage good, but high premiums and high deductibles.

    High deductible insurance that is very very costly. Costs go up each year and coverage goes down. Company's owner continues to look for ways to force total cost of healthcare on employees. You also have to submit blood samples each year for "affordable" coverage. Family members also have to give blood sample. OUCH!!!

    So expensive and limited coverage that you would be better off going to the market yourself and getting coverage. You and your family have to submit blood samples in order to get coverage. Absolutely no privacy here.

    very very expensive each month. Each year the employee is forced to carry more and more of the cost despite record profits for one guy.

    The health insurance was very reasonably priced for the coverage that was provided. I enjoyed the ability for my entire family to see the same family practice and build a relationship.

    Premiums just keep going up, coverage keeps going down. We're told we have an older employee base who keeps pushing the costs up. I work with a bunch of people my age, 20's and 30's. I don't understand.

    Much of the expense has been pushed on the employees with very limited coverage. You and your family members are forced to submit blood samples
