Flexibility to work from home one or two days per week.
Best = Unlimited sick time that is actually able to be used, company closes between Christmas and New Years, flexible work hours (within reason). Worst = Health insurance cost ($600/month for family health insurance, high deductible plan). They do put $2k/year into the HSA to help.
Healthcare costs have been stable over the last several years
You can earn 300 wellness points 1 point is equivalent to 1 dollar.
Vacation time off and 401K plan - best. Healthcare premiums high deductible and high premiums.
As an intern, I was not given any benefits. There were no perks, nothing besides actually being paid an hourly salary that would be a good reason to intern there.
Benefits are shrinking. Healthcare costs up and the former week off between Christmas and New Year's is gone. Incentive points with rewards gone. All of the benefits that used to be great from Maritz are gone.
No flex time or work from home offered
Work from home opportunities, great appreciation for employees and home life, assistance for family care and opportunities available.
