Great benefits package, a lot better than most. Only missing gym membership reimbursement
Not alot of information on providers is provided for employees outside of the headquarters area, such as Maumee.
Benefits were great overall. Health insurance was cheaper than most I've heard.
Limited healthcare coverage with high deductible. They say unlimited vacation but trust me it is limited
Overall I believe the company provides a good benefits package that rival most competitors. the Health coverage is ideal, and the unlimited Vacation Policy allows for flexible scheduling. I also consider the free snacks and soft drinks to be a benefit/perk. Only negative I can see is the the Unlimited Vacation Policy is a hard cultural issue in the USA and leads to less time off taken by the employees' as well as some friction in the generational employees.
Very competitive benefits for the market out there. Typical High Deductible plan but overall the company takes care of most of it.
There is no vacation days per se. You take time off as you need it. They don't count, but your manager will notice if you have too many days off. The health/vision/dental plans are typical. They offer 401K and do a low percent match.
Unlimited time off policy REALLY means they don't have to pay you when you leave. And your manager really has say over your PTO, not you
Best - Good benefits. Health. Dental. Unlimited vacation. Worst - no prescription coverage. Only "some" offices get free food - snacks. Our office did NOT.
MCX healthcare is expensive because all prescriptions are part of the high deductible, some at a cost of $400+ per month until the deductible is met and then you have to pay 20%. Its fine if you are healthy and don't need anything.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
