Pro's - Mark III has been proactive in increasing employee benefits across the board and added a PPO plan in 2016. Con's - The employee contribution for the PPO and the deductible are still relatively high.
Onsite gym is awesome, I was able to workout during my lunch so I could get home sooner to my family. 401k match does not currently exist (may be brought back later?). I can't comment on the health insurance as I am covered thru my spouse's employer. PTO was your average 2 weeks but I likely could've negotiated this.
Company does not respect employee time off
Very expensive for the employee and family. Not up to par with the market.
High Co-pays/ pathetic coverage, bad for a family. Company doesn’t care about quality, only profit.
The PTO time is pathetic. When you ask for time off management hassles you. High Co-pays makes it expensive for your family.
Worst insurance ever. You pay a lot and get to have a high copay on top of that
