Pretty average benefits package, nothing that stood out as super great or bad.

The best thing would have to be a 3 weeks vacation plus it increases after 5 years of tenure. However, the health insurance has a lot to be desired with high deductible for a family plan.

Would you accept a job offer for $12,000 more than you're currently making if the commute was a little over an hour and you had no possibility of ever working from home?

Poor benefits package due to a goal to create more profit for investors.

Benefits do not compare to what's being offered around the valley. They are constantly increasing contributions and reducing quality of healthcare services. Plus 401 matching is 3% and the plan absolutely is terrible.

Nothing great. All are usual benefits

Benefits have gone up and down, particular over the last 5 years. Time will tell what will happen with the new sale. Nothing outstanding and I am sure not the worst either.
