Best benefits I've ever had. Coverage for medical is great, dental is about the best you can get, and eye care is #1

I love the benefits package the copays are really good. The only bad part is you only have PTO no sick days so if you use it you don't receive any other time off. And you are stuck at 80 hours of PTO for 4 years!!!

The Benefits are great as a single person I was shocked at how little I pay out of pocket and they have Registered Nurse on staff that you can see before and after your benefits start
The benefit package is great all around. They try to provide the best possible insurance and benefits for their employees.
The benefits are just good enough to entice people to come here. Health insurance is pretty cheap for a single individual. The 401k match was recently increased from a measly 1% overall match to 2%. Of course the catch is that you have to contribute 8% to get that 2%, which many employees cannot afford to do. You get 2 weeks of PTO to start (for the majority of employees) and this includes sick and personal days. This simply is not enough PTO for most people. You are also unable to use any PTO in the month leading up to the annual convention.
Healthcare coverage is comparable to what other large companies are offering. Paid Time Off is less than what other large companies offer. A total of forty hours (sick, personal, vacation, etc.) for your first year is not enough paid time off.
I think the benefit is very good. For single person, the monthly healthcare is very inexpensive. I wish the 401k was a little higher
