After 10 years you will have 5 weeks paid time off
Always ask for more vacation time if you are trying to work here; they will try to squeeze you as hard as possible and they require you to be there for three years before you can start earning more PTO.
Most employees only have 5 days PTO/ year for vacation, sick days, etc. Not enough for the average individual.
Giving employees in their first year are granted only 40 hours of total paid time off, including sick, personal & vacation time. Basically, no vacation time if you get sick or need to handle personal business during the year. It takes two years to get to 80 hours and after you serve three years, you get 120 hours. Not comparable to what other companies give, in my experience.
I have 200 hours plus bonus hours, isn't it enough to spend more money during vacation :)
5 days to start vs typical 10-15.
Normal vacation until you hit the 5 year mark
When you resign they do not pay you for any PTO you have earned and not taken
Very little PTO. Employees are constantly at work sick so every illness goes around. poor work/life balance.
No sick or personal days, and no extra vacation days to compensate
