  • Aug 06, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Slidell, Louisiana

It was pretty good learning. It was a good bit of training done all on the computer

  • May 03, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Wireless Sales Representative in Chesapeake, Virginia

Best is communication worst is not being dedicated to training the employee and staying on your two cell phones a lot.

Online Trainings, mostly consists of videos and short Q&A

  • Mar 31, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Former Sales Representative in Beaverton, Oregon

Everything was done via their website. If the website was down they still applied pressure to get it done. Very frustrating.

  • Mar 30, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Senior Recruiter in Alpharetta, Georgia

Comphensive trining during your first week on the job. Sometimes training and help can be challenging to get after that initial week.

  • Feb 22, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Sales Associate in Birmingham, Alabama

Sometimes training can become boring because there is a chance you will have to do the same training video labeled something else months later.

  • Feb 09, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Former Sales Representative in Saint John, Indiana

Management was as dumb as a bag of rocks, they train you for 2 days and throw you out there and expect you to outsell every store in the country.

  • Dec 11, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Wireless Team Lead in Reston, Virginia

Virtually nonexistent; everything was via online learning that we only got paid for a few hours of (when in reality took more hours than we got paid for).

  • Nov 14, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Mobile Sales Consultant in Austin, Texas

All training is done while standing in front of a computer on the sales floor in the electronics dept. Therefore, it is NOT hands-on, which puts those new to mobile and electronic sales at a disadvantage.
