80% is the new 100%. Do not believe that you will attain 100% of your bonus potential, the company budgets and manages to 80%.

This was not really based on performance, I got the same bonus every year regardless.
Commission is paid weekly or bi weekly takes a while to add up but when it does it helps a lot
The fact that we get a performance bonus is nice but it's hard to even get a decent commission check at times
Performance bonuses are based on a subjective review vs. an objective one so you’re really at the mercy of others. Most people don’t receive the full amount.
Bonuses were performance basee however as long as you meet the metrics it was very attainable.
