Lots of choices and 401k offered
The company offers a $750 401-K match for the entire calendar year. No % match. The health benefits are expensive with a high deductible.
Allegis Perks are quite nice, though many are for things I wouldn't use personally. Health insurance for me through the company is a hefty $250 a month, with vision and dental being fairly cheap. No time off. ever.
Barely get any benefits, no free phone while you work, no discounted phone, only good benefit is a discount off of your cellphone service but only if you open a new account.
They're ok but not the best
Vacation. It can kill your commission if you want to take a weekend off.
The benefits package is awesome! Lots of time off and good health care plans. I had a difficult time taking all of my paid time off.
Health insurance is offered but at a pretty penny, especially considering how high the premium/deductible is. Dental and vision offered as well. Paid holidays and PTO were generous for a staffing company. Company offered a 401K that it automatically entered you into, whether you want to or not, by using the bank information you provide for direct deposit. Didn't like that.
good benefits and environment and coworkers
There is none. Health insurance unaffordable, no paid time off, vacation pay or sick days paid off.
