401k Matching to a small percentage. Nice to have anything at all. Benefits, like most places have become super expensive and coverage has dropped.
As of 2018, they now use a single provider per state for their complete Health Care Benefits. So if you do not like the insurance provider that they pick, too bad. If that provider happens to provide less coverage for a higher price, you dont have any options to shop around.

Hard to see such a large chunk of each paycheck taken out for insurance for a person with a family.

They did offer health and 401K, but did not match the 401K. Nothing more than that.
Flexibility, 75% medical premiums paid by company. Hope you like Boondocks, that's where company parties are. Digital Services has Xmas party, always a game night for employees only... pretty lame
