Hard to see such a large chunk of each paycheck taken out for insurance for a person with a family.
Company perks, time off, vacation 401k, health and dental. bonuses. These are for full time employee and they promoted if you doing a good job.
Great time off, benefits packages and overall perks. Everything kicks in immediately or within a few months.

They did offer health and 401K, but did not match the 401K. Nothing more than that.
Deductibles aren't high however coverage is not all encompassing for things such as blood tests there is usually an additional cost
Flexibility, 75% medical premiums paid by company. Hope you like Boondocks, that's where company parties are. Digital Services has Xmas party, always a game night for employees only... pretty lame
401k match, 17 days of PTO (accrued), medical, dental, and eye. Medical is on the expensive side.
