They really do take care of their employees
Great time off, but they recently changed the benefits for PTO and categorized them for sick personal and vacation and will not let you combine them- such a bummer- they also made it where you have to work longer to start accruing more time off- also a bummer. There is a blackout date Thanksgiving to NYE and its frowned upon to request any time during those months- the PTO policy and restrictions are probably the only negatives, but at the end of the day you still get a fair amount of time to use
Excellent benefits across the board for Full Time Employees.
Company time off includes 2weeks of PTO.
401k 3% match, Benefits were decent but premiums were getting worse company passing raised premiums to employees. PTO could not be rolled over and was not paid out at end of year. No Volunteer time off.
The benefits are good, although with ACA the level of coverage has reduced...
The benefits were ok. Not the greatest, but I have had worse since then. The medical coverage was good and the vision was not bad.
Great PTO! I got about three weeks and including holidays, and birthdays off.
They are generous with their benefits, some apply per 90 days and 1 year.
The best thing is that they have a package. The worst thing is that even though they are part of a much larger company insurance is still really expensive. I was paying almost $600 a month for 3 people for health insurance.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
