After 60 days you are eligible for group health insurance. After 90 days you unlock your 10 days of PTO. You get 10 days of PTO your first year, 10 your second year, 15 your third year and 20 thereafter. Wish there was 401k contribution matching and a better policy in place for maternity leave, but overall not bad.
The benefits have never been bad, and they're continuing to get better the more we grow and can support.
There is a good benefits package overall as far as insurance, vacation, etc. However, there is no employer 401k match yet.
The 401k is alright. I'm not the biggest fan of the health insurance. The 401k isn't matched which isn't a big deal. There isn't a very large portion of the health insurance that is paid for but there is some flexibility in what you choose and they are good plans
The best is the amount of paid time off and holidays that one gets. The worst is the health insurance probably won't be sufficient if you go to the doctor a lot.

Marketing 360 offers great healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance and 401k. 401k they don't match at this time, but its understandable since we are still growing and they are investing in the company so big picture the company can continue grow and offer 401k matching down the road without taking away from the company's future.
