Matching would be great, first company I have worked for that doesn't have this.

401K would be great and more affordable options for health care for families

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(6 comments)

Accumulates very quickly for years worked compared to other companies

401K matching would be great

Wish there was 401k contribution matching and a better policy in place for maternity leave, but overall not bad.

The benefits have never been bad, and they're continuing to get better the more we grow and can support.

There is a good benefits package overall as far as insurance, vacation, etc. However, there is no employer 401k match yet.

The 401k is alright. I'm not the biggest fan of the health insurance. The 401k isn't matched which isn't a big deal. There isn't a very large portion of the health insurance that is paid for but there is some flexibility in what you choose and they are good plans

The best is the amount of paid time off and holidays that one gets. The worst is the health insurance probably won't be sufficient if you go to the doctor a lot.

We have good options for health, dental, and vision insurance.

The only bad thing here is that the 401k is not matched. Other than that, good benefits overall. The at-work perks are incredible.
