The benefits packages are extremely fair. There are also benefits with some local businesses.
I am not sure since I have not had to use it much. From what I understand they have plenty of options for everyone.
They have everything that satisfies my needs.

The dental coverage is great, but the networks are some what limited.
Company health insurance is definitely not terrible. They offer a variety of plans and options for married couples. I personally use an HSA and I'm happy with it. My only comment would be regarding PTO and overtime. Your first year you are given only 10 days with no sick or personal days. I personally happened to get sick last year and needed to use vacation time which was not ideal. HR is willing to work with you on this within reason, usually. Overtime is discouraged which is sometimes frustrating when it is necessary to complete my work or to speak with international clients at odd hours. If you can provide sufficient reasoning and references, HR will generally approve but it's not something that is a given. Lastly, we did not offer a 401K plan at all until mid 2015 and Madwire does not match any contributions at this time, nor do they plan to any time soon.
They take care of their own and cover every facet a person could need as far as insurance/retirement planning is concerned.
Good health care, 401K, and you get off your birthday for PTO. Honestly the benefits just continue to get better the longer the company is around. I only anticipate things getting better. I feel lucky to be a part of it.
We have paid time off that increases every year, full health benefits, and recently a 401k.
Great time off package, they are not currently matching on our 401k but I've heard that is coming soon once enrollment has increased a little.
