Lots of great benefits are given to everyone.
Competitive for companies of this size.
All awesome perks and medical/dental.
Great benefits for volunteering - 4 days of PTO for volunteering and this does not include any work sponsored volunteering events you can sign up for. Health insurance is pretty standard, 3 weeks PTO to start and sick days as needed that don't affect your PTO. Flexible working, most people WFH 1-2 days a week. Could improve 401k matching and salaries a little on the lower side.
No equity in the company really hurts.
Co-payments are average for standard professional services. Co-payments are high for prescription drugs.
PTO unlimited, 401K, VTO, Flexible spending, Medical, Dental. Great oboarding.
The worst aspect is the employer contribution to the 401k plan.
Working from home is great. Kitchen has great snacks. Typical 15 days PTO. Sick days do not count agains PTO. 401k is only matched at 25% for the first 6% of your salary. :(
Good health insurance and they give gym credit.
