Health and Wellness
In addition to offering a comprehensive benefits package, supporting healthy and active lifestyles is really important to us. We offer onsite group exercise and gym facilities, reimbursement for your personal gym membership, involvement in team sports leagues, and we stock our kitchens with healthy snacks.
Time for Yourself
We realize that there’s more to your life than your work, and we want to support your success and happiness in all areas. Because of this, we offer generous time off for all new parents and for employees that need to aid family members. And, those that stay within the Marketo family can take advantage of our sabbatical program.
Learning and Development
We want to see you excel in your career, and we provide tools to help you continue to grow. We offer leadership and management training, tuition reimbursement, career development and coaching, and employee affinity groups so you can connect with like-minded peers.
We believe that it’s our duty to make a positive impact on our communities. Marketo Give Back is a program that enables our employees to get involved with, and give back to, the organizations that matter to them. We offer unique volunteer opportunities, paid time off to volunteer, and match employee donations.
Lots of great benefits are given to everyone.
Competitive for companies of this size.
All awesome perks and medical/dental.
Great benefits for volunteering - 4 days of PTO for volunteering and this does not include any work sponsored volunteering events you can sign up for. Health insurance is pretty standard, 3 weeks PTO to start and sick days as needed that don't affect your PTO. Flexible working, most people WFH 1-2 days a week. Could improve 401k matching and salaries a little on the lower side.
No equity in the company really hurts.
Co-payments are average for standard professional services. Co-payments are high for prescription drugs.
PTO unlimited, 401K, VTO, Flexible spending, Medical, Dental. Great oboarding.
The worst aspect is the employer contribution to the 401k plan.
Working from home is great. Kitchen has great snacks. Typical 15 days PTO. Sick days do not count agains PTO. 401k is only matched at 25% for the first 6% of your salary. :(
Good health insurance and they give gym credit.
