Good vacation benefits which increase with time served.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Renewal Coordinator in Denver, Colorado

The company is totally respectful of the need for time off, without the guilt trip.

  • Dec 15, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Senior Software Engineer in Portland, Oregon

15 days paid time off which seems pretty standard. Three volunteer days off per year. Sick time does not count against your PTO.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Process Improvement Specialist in San Mateo, California

Time off accrues at a good pace for me

  • Dec 11, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Vice President in San Mateo, California

Very good vacation plan, even for new hires.

  • Sep 14, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Enterprise Sales in Atlanta, Georgia

They make sure you have a lot of time to keep your mind right.

  • Jan 02, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in San Francisco, California

Vacation is ok. Other companies offer more time but this is standard.

  • Dec 24, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Customer Account Manager in San Mateo, California

They offer 15 days PTO plus standard holidays. Sick days are not counted toward PTO, but many managers frown upon taking your vacation days or make a big deal of taking them off. There is also often a negotiation for the approval.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Sr. PM in San Mateo, California

While the vaca and Time off are as good as most small, Bay area companies, they work-from-home policy sucks. Some employees in the newer offices in Atlanta, Denver and Austin have it, but we dont. Pouting.

The vacation and Paid time off is neutral or average.
