Flex-time is available and especially useful for employees seeking to continue their education at Marquette and utilize tuition remission benefits
I don't get anything except pay
Graduate assistants and research doesn't get much research benefits but that's pretty much expected. Them helping with housing options was a plus though.
The manager is very nice. Working in a dinning hall is a good place to communicate with students and teachers.
The best benefit by far has to be the tuition remission. Free tuition for a D1 Jesuit university, a great perk. You are just required to pay more taxes when you use that benefit which is nothing compared to the cost of tuition for graduate school, undergraduate is completely free.
Great benefits including medical, dental, 401K, but the best of all is the tuition remission for you, spouse, and children!!!
Vacation and flexible Time off
Very Family friendly environment. Flexible work schedules are allowed and time is provided to attend personal matters. Good FMLA plan.
Good vacation time, good health insurance, very committed to growing a 401k
The retirement and 401(k) benefit is great. They will match up to 8% of your pay each pay period. the dental is also very nice seeing as we have a dental school on campus.
