They simply follow the law and provide the bare minimum.
I had to go back to work the day after my daughter was born. Our pregnancy resulted in a still born fetus and I still was forced and expected to return back to work. My house burned down with my child and fiancé inside, destroying everything and still had to work that night and the next 12 days. Quite the empathetic company>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>!
I have not had to use this but the coverage seems to match FMLA requirements and does not go beyond that
the family medical leave is pretty good have no compaints
I think this is about average from what I can see and have heard about
they only give 3 days off for this benefit could be better
