Responsible to pay out of pocket for business necessities only to get reimbursed a month or two later, and still get chastised because it is all the sudden against company policy.
I have not had to use this and am unsure what the coverage is. We have not had a strong HR department at any of the properties I have been at to explain benefits
This service is absolutely horrid and horrible because of the company in TN that Marriott contracts out to doesn't even answer their phone on time or chat nor do they even know how to process a FSA on time.

Yes they do provide flexible spending, it has to be used by the end of each year
