The insurance plans offer a variety of coverage depending on your personal situation and budget. I thought Marriott’s contribution would be more than what they do. Family and employee + child insurance can get pretty expensive. For the latter, it was over $300 per month after employer contribution. Take this in consideration when discussing salary or when making a decision.
