Job training is very thorough and there are plenty of learning agents through the employee software.

Excellent training at the beginning

there's really not much. no formal program.

Depends on the department.

Being instructed on mandatory duties are taught differently by every other person.

You are required to fo marriott specific training, it holds little value outside of the company and will not influence moving up.

very sweet and inspirational at job training... all that goes out the window the moment you are full time
