This is a great benefit to have when you are planning or have a family.
8 weeks paid w/ fmla
Same as PTO for sales.
Effective January 1st, 2017 Marsh updated it's fully paid Paternity leave to 8 weeks and allows to take it throughout the year if needed. I don't personally know another company or friend who has what I do. A huge plus for family.
Very minimal. They make you run out your PTO before using your STD.
I think it is good even though I never needed it.

Improving yearly, just recently added Father leave and LGBT leave.
Three weeks of 100% pay if you qualify for FMLA. Better than any Louisville poilcy
3 weeks of leave is nice to have.
