    Vacation and paid time was hard to come by for sales. There were no back-ups for producers and while you kept earning commissions if you had an account (s), you didn’t have anyone to assist while out so not really invented to take time off. On the clock 24/7, 365.

    You get time yearly and you get quite a few days of it, however you only get 1 vacation day per month and it stops in October I believe.

    New employees are given around 3 weeks vacation time per year, which increases the longer you work there. Additionally you are given 2-3 floating holidays that you can use throughout the year. Days must be accrued over the months, they are not earned on a yearly basis. At the end of the year you can only rollover 5 days which must then be used by the end of March.

    Two weeks PTO for starting salary employees and there's no bump to three until after you've moved up a couple positions. This includes sick time. Then they list work flex hours on their brochures but there is none and we are told not to ask. We can not have WFH flexibility or any summer hours to make up for all the OT required of us year round. Most have to work on vaca and have to always be available via phone and/or VPN. None of which is taken into effect when we ask for some flexibility on coming in or leaving or WFH once in a while.

    Very competitive but normal in the Insurance Industry known for good vacation and holidays. 10 Holidays a year, 3 personal days, VP = 4 weeks and 10 Sick days.
