Took forever to get the person to train me: two months
It was average, I thought that they offered more training
Just anyone trains. no actual trainer
You learn along the way. They train you in a specific department and assist you if you have any questions or concerns. When I started my first day, I was put in the Women's department and had many responsibilities, but the coordinator was super helpful and didn't mind answering the 20questions I had.
Always an opportunity. Company offers a wide range of training. We have the “per company policy” and training for growth.
Minimal training provided for employrrs
They do not train you even if you ask. New employees learn as they do the job.
Trains you on your own time. Gives you a clear understanding and hands on experience.
They work with your schedule and try to be flexible
In theory great bones for training however oversight is not there so stores don't execute properly.
