The schedule was placed in the break room so it was easy to see when you had to work and if it was a day you could not you could see if there was someone willing to switch with you. The only thing about that was that they were suppose to have it up three weeks in advance but it rarely ever was. A lot of the time you had to call in and have a free associate go to the break room and read you your schedule.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Sales Associate in Charleston, South Carolina

They allowed flexible hours for students or those with other jobs. They never reduced hours, usually they raised the hours and pushed past the "part-time" title. I was always asked to pick up shifts or to stay late and work another shift.

They are very flexible with their hours. I am in school and can only work certain times and sometimes need a lot of days off and they comply with that and work with me.
