Great benefits. Health insurance goes up every year but overall a decent plan. Vacation time , sick time, and personal time is very generous.
Great benefits for a retail
Great benefits a lot to look into.
Working as back room associate the only benefits we received are sick days. There were no health insurance nor 401k offered to us.
Benefits are really nonexistent. Yes, the flexibility is great, if you have another job or just want to work part time. My issues are with hardworking people (p/t) that show up on time every time while other employees who are full time with benefits are no call no show. Part time picks up their hours and actually work!!! However, we average just not quit enough to get benefits ... or we do around Christmas, offered ...then boom taken away! But the full ytime folks that took their vacation around holidays are paid, we work our butts off and then nothing. Shame on you! Pay the people who care and let go the employees that don't and share just a waste of everybodies time and energy! Dont allow lazy!
The only good thing about it was the employee discount.
the best thing was healthcare
I'm part time so i don't get it need health insurance i wanted a 401K but i have to permanently be full time to do so. Other than that, we get 10% discount on the regular and almost 1-2 months we get a 20% weekend.
Didn't get any as a part time employee.
Awful health care and vision
