The health benefits package I chose was expensive, but the coverage was great. It saved me a ton of money, and it covered out-of-network doctors, acupuncture, you name it.
Benefits were very average. Insurance wasn't great. Vacation days were closely monitored and there was a system where you needed to ask for permission, then give all details of where you were going to be, why and numbers where you could be reached.
Vacation is a lot. 4-5 weeks plus summer fridays and dcent 401k matching
Best: Great gym benefits (Equinox) and healthcare benefits in general. Worst: N/A
Excellent benefits. Annual bonuses pitiful as Company does not make a profit. Generous vacation time. Summer Fridays.
Best thing: You receive a good amount of PTO days. Worst thing: The amount of PTO days has decreased over the past year.
Health plan is very generous, nice to have vision and dental as well.
free food, access to facilities in the building. great location in NYC.
Summer Fridays are the best! The most disappointing thing was 401K matching doesn't kick in until you have been working for about 6 months and it is only rewarded in December. No complaints about Health and Dental. Maternity leave is only 1 week paid and 6 weeks unpaid total - for some reason I thought that would be better.
Cheap sick day policy. Stingy vacation policy - you get a whole additional week after TEN years of service. As if anyone can last that long, as if the company can survive that long.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
