Best: bonus, overall compensation, number of PTO days
Disney park passes and good healthcare. Everything else is mediocre at best.
Health insurance and annual bonuses are excellent. Package could improve with a student loan repayment program like other media companies such as Hulu; better commuter benefits, as some competitors reimburse full cost of public transportation cards while Disney only covers a percentage; more flexible work arrangements that allow work-from-home for jobs that are not negatively impacted by it; and apprenticeship programs.
Best; Disney Perks at parks

Great Company outings and events for all employees on a weekly basis.
no benefits for intern except merchandise sales. (nothing is free!)
Paid sick and vacation days. Access to Disney parks and discounts. 401k with company match.
Access passes to theWalt Disney World Theme Parks. Well care visits are encouraged and financially rewarded,
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
