The offer a large selection of options, FSA, and decent deductibles. I really couldn't complain.
401k matches can get better
Great insurance coverage and very affordable. Vacation time off could have been better. And employees were forced to take time off at holidays.
Great ESPP and stock bonus plan but really bad 401k matching. Medical benefits are top notch for the area.
401K match is only 2 percent. But Employee stock purchase plan is very good.
Best benefit: Medical Insurance, Worst benefit: limited 401K match.
