everything is included and not hard to take PTO
US Benefits - very competitive medical, dental, vision, life. 401K - very average at best due to low cap on company match(i think 3-4K annual cap on match). Other peers around 6-10K...so this is like salary you are not getting, on pre-tax basis. Worldwide benefits - i hear OK from my peers but i guess each country has its own "required" vs. "discretionary" benefits..
Health Insurance and paid Time Off
401K matching, medical insurance, PTO, retirement plan, some others
401k plan different funds available and performance good
We do have Health,Dental and Vision Insurance subsidized and a free gym membership. We do have Tuition assistance program and Stock Purchase plan.
Insurance covers 34 chiropractor visits. 3000 401k match. Vision dental insurance. Anthem PPO/EPO. Employees discount programs for some local museums and tour spots.
Benefits are good that include health insurance (required to be offered by larger companies), dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, paid vacation leave, personal leave, sick leave, fitness (gym in the campus), a retirement plan, and other optional benefits offered to employees and their families.
