Vacation time is very standard; 2 weeks a year until you work here for a long time, you get 3 to 4 weeks. Company provides a nice bonus check at the end of the year and gives cost-of-living wage increases yearly. Insurance is good if you're single. If you have a spouse or kids that need insurance, you get screwed by the high rates.
