The benefits package is pretty good. I like the fact that your PTO and sick are in two different buckets. Also their medical benefits are very good so is their dental
The health insurance monthly deduction is affordable
401k match, tuition reimbursement and paid holidays
They pay into your 401k and match you up to 6%. And after every year it increases by 1% and caps at 10%
The best thing is that they offer medical, dental, and vision to part time employees. The worst thing is that their pay is not competitive.
