Not bad just they need to inform better to their employees
401 K is the best Benefit they have and it's not great.
Really great coverage, can get pricey as dependents increase
Decent health, dental, vision insurance. 401(k) is pretty good (Merrill Lynch), company-match is 4% in company stock paid quarterly.
Great benefits, but the medical is so high, like with a lot of places. Just to cover myself isn't bad, but to cover a child or two it more than doubles for one child then doubles again for another child, and doubles again if I want to add my spouse.
Expensive! The insurance company they work with covers very little
